Question: We did a transfer bond out of FL and the defendant skipped. The warrant is out of FL but the defendant is here in IN. The question is can we pick him up even though the warrant is out of FL. |

Hello Rex, Its been awhile. Ive been doing a work place violence detail the last month. The client wanted me to do it in person as to my personal background. Good money $50.00 Hr 13 hrs a day for the last 32 days. I was ready for it to end " its the age thing." Hope you and yours are doing fine. Thanks for answering my question. We will be picking our skip up this week and transporting him to the FL state line. We will meet someone there who is going to transport him the rest of the way. Thanks again |

Hello David, The General Agent is still awaiting the Notice to Produce from American Surety. We're in constant contact with the family here in Indy and they have been very cooperative with us. As soon as we get the Notice we will pick him up. |
