Hey how's it going everyone? Im new to the forum and just wanna say it's has been very informative thus far. Now if someone could please tell me what I am overlooking I'd be very greatful. I have a legal support services company here in Arizona and just recanty went out looking for a few clients (Bondsman) that could use the recovery services I offer. I pulled every number of the net, out of the phonebook, and out of every newspaper and called everylast one at least once most of them twice. And it seems every agency I called had "everything covered". So I'm really hoping I have overlooked some other marketing tech. or networking tool to be able to get at least a foot in the door I mean honestly, out of the many many bonds agencys in the area can they all have "everything covered"?? |

This question has been asked repeatedly...so I would say "yes" to your question. You have overlooked a whole lot on this forum. Everything you need to know lies within these pages. How good you are at research is up to you. On a sep. note, most bonding companies wont talk to "wannabe's" or "rookies" over the phone. Waste of time. In answer to your last question...yes..it is entirely feasible that no one needs a recovery agent right now...they all have BEA'S they know and trust. Would you hand over multi-thousand dollar cases to an unknown, untested, unproven individual ? I would hope not. |

My first question would be, what kind of legal support do you do? What recovery services? Asset recovery? Collections? Or fugtive recovery? From you description, I not sure if you mean just fugitive recovery work. |

Ow my bad I should have been more clear. What we do as far as legal support services is basiclly everthing and investigation firm/skip tracer/proccess server etc. does. I am on my way to being fully licensed as an investigator, but I do have some in my company. Currenty I wanted to get a little more bail/fugitive recovery business going cause 1. I am registered and most our other current cases are being handled by my investigators & 2. The agency we normally contracts us is all out of bad guys. But I will cruz through the forum ALOT more and see if maybe I can come up with of few contacts and go from there. And LuVonda I will deffinitly give Marvin Bordeaux a shout. maybe he has a few in the valley But hey thanks guys, and I am ALWAYS open to anymore input. |
