of catchin' a fugitive!?! Hello!! I am a bond agent in Buena Vista Colorado. I need to hire a BEA in or around San Bernadino county. I have a $10,000 skip. I have been an agent for 12 years now, so I've been doing my homework and I do have alot of information. Please let me know if you're interested! |

I am a BEA and bail agent in CO, and am always open to making new contacts. Send me your contact and certification info, and I can probably put you in contact with someone to help you. |

Hello Kathy! I don't know if you remember me, but I did speak with you about a year ago about a skip! My name is Deanna Garnett, with Elkhorn Bail Bonds, in Buena Vista! Good to hear from you again! This guy is a real nasty one! This is his 3rd strike, so he's a runnin! His home town is Fontana Ca, but I don't know why, but I almsot think he might be right here in Colorado. I don't know how smart he really is...but if it were me, I would stay in plain sight, ya know what I mean? |

I have only been out to California one time, and that was to Long Beach, so I am not familiar with the area! |

Its almost due east of LB. When I say nasty, I mean its a tough, crime ridden area. Low income, lots of gangs, drugs, etc. |

That sounds about right..for him! He was convicted for cooking in San Bernadino county, and he did do a full term in Folsom. I believe he is pretty high up in ranks within the Aryan Nation. |

I've dealt with skips in CA and have had good luck with their apprehensions, but having had more recent contacts and knowledge from agents in the various area, have found that it is much more legal and expedient to deal with local agents rather than trying to do everything myself. Paperwork is paperwork, and it is often less expensive and more expedient to pay a local agent to prepare and file this than it is to do it ourselves. Some apprehensions are easy, some are not. The originating agent is the one who is ultimately liable, and is the one who has to be willing to pay for the apprehension. Most will try to cut the fee and expect a BEA to do whatever they have to to make the apprehension, no matter what legalities are involved. Always understand that no matter what, you are responsible for your actions, and you are the one who will ultimately pay the price for your actions. |
