After 4 months of waiting on the fine State of California Department of Insurance I finally have my Bail Agent Licence. My god what a pile of paperwork. Also Leni Brecheen born May 11th 2007 10lbs even real strange to have a baby in the home after 11 years but the greatest thing. |

Four months? Was this after passing the exam? Could there have been background check holdup? If not let me know, I will see if the CBAA can look to see if the DOI is having other problems that we may be able to help with. |

The problem was more paper work related. Trying to get surity forms, ect... Then with the renewal date of 07/01 wanted to charge me 90.00 to have the lic for 3 weeks or wait till july 1. Just sounds dumb. Thanks for the offer and congratz. |

It was easier to get my weapons permit done. The were waiting on my clear from the DOJ. Called them personally got a very nice lady ran my info and sent it to the folks same day THEN called the next day to confirmed they had recieved it and called me to relay it was recieved and permit was in the mail as we spoke. I work for the County of Santa Clara so I know how that goes but what a pain |
