It has been my experience that some cases are terminal; hence, I was forced to expolore alternative avenues for achieving the desired results, which was getting paid for my efforts; therefore, I systematically increased case closure statistics by attacking forfeitures in court where my goals were consistently realized. "Desktop Bounty Hunter" is not for the beginner. I suspect that only veteran bounty hunters, bail bond company owners and lawyers will understand the concepts and examples presented in "Desktop Bounty Hunter."
