AUGUSTA. ME. -- Fifteen people from Kennebec County were arrested last week in a dragnet cast by state, federal, county and municipal law enforcement officials.
Twenty-four felony warrants were executed in Kennebec County. Nationally, almost 11,000 people were arrested in the sweep.


Here is a list of those arrested locally in the sweep labeled "Falcon 3," and the charges:

n Calvin Woodburn, 49, of Augusta; fugitive from justice from New Hampshire.

n Mark Sousa, 30, of Augusta; failure to appear on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property; released on $1,000 bail.

n Donald Raymond, 33, of Augusta; failure to appear on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

n Roberson Antoine, 32, transient; probation revocation.

n Vernon Keene, 38, of Litchfield; sexual exploitation of a minor.

n Somer Poulin, 28, of Augusta; probation violation.

n Julie Jacobson, 30, of Winslow; motion to revoke bail on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

n Jessica Savage, 25, of Oakland; probation violation, violation of bail.

n Bonny Hutchins, 42, of Fairfield; failure to appear on a charge of aggravated criminal mischief.

n William Murphy, 34, of Farmingdale; probation revocation, assault, criminal mischief.

n Chester Newell, 46, of Oakland; failure to register as a sex offender.

n Philip Bradford, 39, of Farmingdale; violating conditions of release; failure to register or update information on sex offender registry, motion to revoke administrative release.

n Joseph Legendre, 41, of Mount Vernon; failure to register or update information.

n Lisa Shorey, 37, of Augusta; three counts of forgery, theft by unauthorized taking, theft by receiving stolen property, misuse of identification (six counts)

n Brenda Hayes, 46, of Augusta; failure to appear in court on a charge of
assault.

PERHAPS SOMEONE COULD FIND A COMPLETE LIST OF THAT WERE ARRESTED -

Maine has no commercial bail bonds as of yet--there is a company looking into bonding but it is still a way off
