Either it is the smallest most hightech direct reflecting laser listening device I have ever seen, or it is simply an mp3 player similar to the Eratech EMP-ZII.

The picture is unclear, it could be a sound booster for someone with a hearing problem, the best thing to do is go online and search for listening gadgets and see if you can find anything close to what you saw. |
