CHAPMAN’S LAMENT By: Lance A. Wilkinson The news people all shouted their story How Luster failed to appear in a California court Luster flew the coop and jumped his bail On charges that he raped his female consort Duane 'Dog' Chapman a renowned vigilante Appeared with Rita Cosby on a channel for Fox News Saying he’d capture Luster so justice will be served So Rita unleashed the Dog to follow the clues Dog sniffed left and Dog sniffed right Following leads all over the place He sniffed up and he sniffed down But never got close to Luster’s face Then one day a tipster called Dog After returning from a Mexican resort town Saying they partied with Luster down there And it was him though tanned dark brown Dog went to his kennel to gather his mutts And deputized them all as vigilante agents The gang then traveled to south of the border Entering Mexico without any incidents After searching a while they all saw Luster Under an early morning Mexico sky Dog jumped Luster and took him to the ground Luster fought back and socked Dog in the eye Dog and Luster went back and forth Then others in the pack joined the fray Subduing Luster was no easy task So Dog reached up and used pepper spray They tossed Luster in the back of a van And headed for the airport with their quarry in cuffs But the Mexican police intercepted the gang Arresting them all and calling Dog’s bluffs Dog and his vigilantes were sent to jail While Luster was brought to the US of A The Judge released Dog on a very small bail Telling him until court in Mexico he would stay But Dog and his vigilantes had other plans To escape from Mexico as soon as they could Under the cover of darkness they slipped away Returning to America then home to their ‘hood The Mexican court was very upset When they learned Dog had jumped his bail They branded Dog a fugitive just like Luster And wanted them all back in their jail Dog went to court in Ventura County Superior Asking Judge Brodie for some of the financial pie The Judge scolded Dog for his vigilante justice And branded Dog’s claims being based on a lie Dog left the courtroom with tears on his face Perhaps finally realizing there is no bounty When you brag and lie and operate illegally You are not a bounty hunter… only a vigilante |

Lance, Mr. Chapman, an admitted felon, had no business coming into California for the purposes he described with Rita Cosby. In point of fact, California has specific laws concerning Mr. Chapman's activities. Frankly, Mr. Chapman is not qualified to do bail fugitive recovery work in California; moreover, it is worth pointing out that California Penal Code Section 847.5 requires even California licensed bail fugitive recovery persons to petition the court holding jurisdiction where an out-of-state bail fugitive is believed to be for an order before taking action to arrest said bail fugitive. Mr. Chapman's work in California (before heading to Mexico) amounted to a misdemeanor under California law just for investigating the Luster case in the first place. Bail fugitive recovery, in my opinion, is under attack in California, and I take exception to anyone who may provide ammo for the anti-bail crowd. Rex |

Rex? Lance? I know you two and others will feel that they have to respond to this, but just remember your stress levels and go put up a pic of you know who for target practice instead. It ain't worth arguing with someone so uninformed and anyone with this mentality isn't going to listen to reason. Stick with the pros and know that we appreciate you, your knowledge and your "humor". |

The woman has no concept of Chapman's hidden agendas. He could care less for the people he brings in... its all for show in the presence of the camera. Most of it is scripted anyway but she won't believe that. She wants me to get off my butt? Chapman hasn't brought in as many fugitives as I have and his numbers are blatant lies; if she got off her high horse and did the math she would find that out for herself. She also made reference to the vigilante Chapman painted himself in the Luster fiasco but confused it with ongoing situations. She definately has small concept of the issues most of us have with Chapman. I commend her for being a wife and mom but as far as correctional officer... please... we all know about... well, never mind. So, smitty (A/K/A wife, mom, correctional officer) before you put your big nose into a subject you are not educated in I suggest you get your facts straight before you dive. It will save your nose from too many bruises. Now, go turn a key or do something you know about. |

Ms SMITTY; AKA: MissMommy; I already have your ISP logged and your entire Life History. You have ventured DEEP INTO THE JUNGLE. This is NOT The Real Dog Chapman YAHOO Group. The people who post there (like you did, until you were banned) are unable to trace ISPs. BUT, you have entered THE JUNGLE here Baby. Go back to your "Puppy Fan Site", before you get in over your sweet little head |
