I need some really good cut resistant gloves for security purpuses, but what to choose?

I think you need to experiement and try them on. I used Hatch when in LE, but since then there are quite a few good ones out there.

I currently still have some hatch gloves but am considering some of the SOLAG from blackhawk for more tactical uses.
