Post subject:  questions about the biz.

I am seriously considering getting licensed in bail enforcement. so i have some questions about the business, i'm trying to learn as much as i can before jumping in.
what kind of hours do you guys work? is fugitive recovery the type of job where you don't get to see your kids?
i live in connecticut, is there a decent amount of business in this state?
do you carry a gun? why or why not?
thanks in advance for any help.

Always carry if you have the proper training and meet the criteria for your state... but if you're looking for a 9-5... this is not the field for you.

Post subject:  bea

bhunter1234--conn is a license state that means oyu need to do some work to get licensed --you must take a conn approved bea course you must apply for a ccw wich includes a backround check

do not quit your day job breaking into bea is very tough and making a living doing it is even tougher--this insane business is 24/7 feast or famine besides being very dangerous--if you have no milatery or police backround you will find getting into bea near impossible
