if you are going to buy or rent or sell a home from in,oh,mi,or pa, please be care full who you deal with.i was buying a home from Ray Rochefort with Purpose Investments in Indiana and MR, Rochefort was so nice to me that he made up a lie and had me arrested,(YES I HAVE PLENTY OF PAPERS TO SHOW HE LIED UNDER OATH MANY TIMES) yes the state did drop the charge but after this lien snitch of a man hurt my name around here.if you see this man and he trys to make any deal with you run like Forrest Gump please.don't end up in jail on his lie's. I'm not shore you would call him a snitch just for making up a lie to have me arrested but i do.so buy or sell or rent very carefully.this guys company gets homes and sells them or rents them to suckers like me. he started out in the far west coast ca,and or,area.when things didn't go his way and i seen he was lien and conning me i dropped my deal with him but even thou i gave him a $25000.00 down payment and i walked away from it and he keep my money he still lied on me .just please be careful.thanks
