I find it interesting when reading these old posts.... I happen to look at the date of posting and some are 8 or 10 or 15 years old... amazing..................... many are still interesting and hold decent info for the new folks on the block...
I hope those getting into this business take the time to read some of the old stuff on here... there is a lot of really decent info that can teach a newbie a lot..................... read on pilgrim................
