I was contacted by the State of Maine Medical Examiners Office as they are investigating a cold case from 2014. This Card was found on the body of a deceased person that they have been unable to identify, the name on the Card is not the deceased person, this person has never been a NAFRA member and this is not one of our Cards, nor does it look anything like one of our Cards.
I'm hoping someone might recognize where this card came from or perhaps the person that was using it. If anyone has any info please email me at
