Another successful out of state apprehension

So, have another happy out of state recovery agent. Got a phone call on about doing a case out of Massachusetts on Wednesday. MA is very diffucult because you can NOT "apprehend" a skip and remove them from the state. If they are extraditable you can hand them over to local PD but you can not remove them from the state. Unless, they agreed to take a ride with you... Anyways, An agent needed a skip picked up in MA who skipped out of VA. All he had was a town in MA, no viable address. Got the case Thursday afternoon. Left NH at 1600, got to the town in MA at 1950. Had subject located at 2000. Convince subject to take a ride with me to New Jersey where the other agent would meet me. Left the subjects address at 2030. Was in NJ at midnight. Met other agents man and transfered subject. I was home by 0700 this morning.

Fast, legal, safe, and efficient.
