| Post subject: | Bail recovery no longer allowed in Colorado? |
I was told by an attorney as of 2013 common law for bail bonds was not added into legislation in Colorado, and there is no authority for bail recovery agents anymore. Can someone please elaborate on this topic? Thank you |
