NIBE may be Bob Burton / Scott Olsen operation. National Institute of Bail Enforcement. It is a weekend 2 day class I believe. |

NIBE is Scott Olsens training school out of Ill. Not sure if he is still training though. Call Him .... |

I called that number and it was disconnected and there website is up for sale as well. I looked up his name and there was a site ripoffreport.com and he was on there. There was a story saying that his classes are a rip off. I need more proof before I believe something like that. |

Tapout, read this bogus report carefully, authored by a ghost with only a firsr name, Joe, out of California??? who sounds a little disgruntled. I am not aware that NIBE ever taught a class in CA. Maybe hes talking about Bob Burton. The picture posted is NOT of NiBE, it was a class run by Mr Joe Stiles in Tenn where the BIG Four lectured at a seminar given there.
