So I've looked to the almighty search function and come up empty handed. I've googled, oogled, pondered, and bothered. Yet I still cannot come up with a slightest idea. So I'll start by asking, Is it possible to pull a skip from Puerto Rico? I'm assuming not. However I have one that fled to PR who is fully extraditable in the US. Anyone have any experience dealing with this? (Other than Hector Gonzalez, Im not interested buddy) |

Let me first say that the Commonwealth Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of The United States and its citizens are America Citizens just like you and I. Secondly it would seem to me that if there is an outstanding warrant and your state is willing to extradite the simple thing would be to contact the United States Marshal’s Office for the district and provide them with any and all information as to the fugitive’s whereabouts. The Marshal Service will take custody of fugitive and transport him back or hold him until your county sheriff picks him up. Lastly check with your local District Attorney’s Office about applying for a Flight To Avoid Prosecution warrant 18 U.S. Code § 1073. |

I've put the call in to the marshals, however I'd love to get this guy myself. Any reason to head to tropical climate is a good reason for me |
