Hello again, everyone - is there a particular word that I can use in our search engine, in looking for knowledge of how computer applications benefit PIs and bounty hunters in pursuing white collar crime? I see some of you have addressed my question partially, with inquires about database providers, yet is computer and software programming useful in relating to a database provider, as well as a practical skill in PI and bounty hunting - or should I leave computer and software programming as it relates to white collar crime alone? Thank you, Eric Frizzell |

The internet and its many applications including social media and software apps is absolutely dead on when it comes to locating assets, general info, people or any related facts on the case. Which ones you choose to use is pretty much a matter of opinion... you will get recommendations in every direction but the best way is to do your homework yourself... if you have the least bit of savy related to computers, you can simply Google whatever you seek and then just follow the leads and lines as they come to you. That is the easiest way... success in this or any related business depends on your ability to search... in whatever manner meets the need at the time. By doing it yourself, you learn in the best manner possible... trial and error are the best teacher... IMHO... and I will quote Will Rogers as it says in my sig line... "Good judgment comes from experience, and a lot of that , comes from bad judgment" Simply do a search on FRN and you will be surprised what you can find... it is all here for the taking. Oh, and as to "white collar crime"... it's all crime... no matter the clarification, search engines work the same no matter which and I don't think there are any particular words to use... trial and error till you find what works. |

I would be more interested in the scope of your investigation. Having access to data and knowing how to mine it are two different things. I have seen people spend small fortunes running and re-running data and don't find their answer, while others pick up on it right away. Further, to know where to look, one must know what specific data you seek, and secondly, is it available anywhere else? Scott |
