Be real careful with Recovery Insurance polices and make sure they are covering you for arrest & control and make sure the policy states Bail Fugitive Recovery |

I have been with Evolution for 6 years. I just get the basic, lowest required by state law as recommended by my attorney, no deep pockets and all. Bill Hines has been there the whole time. They ONLY cover the apprehension side of the house and are not our PI general liability carrier. You will have to add each agent to the policy for an added fee, about $350.00 a year in addition to your premium. The more training certificates, licenses and experience that you have that are apprehension related the better deal you will get. I am shopping around this year though because when I first started buying insurance there were two places to get it. Looks like we have some options now. |
