I'm a FRA/part owner of a Fugitive Recovery business in Michigan.Were also affiliated with a licensed PI. My question is: We wouldlike to also to break into the repo business for extra money. Any ideals about laws,contacts,etc......... Thanks in advance P.S. Rex and L.A.W. I loved your books. |

repo law is different in just about every state do research in your area ie in mass you can not go onto private property--but in nh you can go onto private property and reclaim collateral--another difference some states require a license in maine you need to be a licensed collection agent or a pi firm to do repos--many federal and state laws apply --go on AB they have a repo side |
