It is not just PA that holds a tight rein on a Notary Public it's all states. Notaries handle allot of sensitive Docs to include State and Federal licensing of persons. The number one thing a Notary should be able to stop is identity fraud, fake IDs etc. You have to know what you are doing to notarize Legal Docs. As you can be held liable. |
