We tried to find out something about this person. Unfortunately we could not find a bond on him anywhere. Its tough when you just don't know what county they are wanted in.
Now if I just had access to NCIC, yea, then we would be in business

I will post this in the public with very limited info, in the hopes that it may be recognized out of Texas. While writing a bond in one of my jails... I overheard the following.... during a road check today, an apparent fugitive was detained... south-side Virginia, $25,000 bond out of Houston, TX area... not sure where the bond was written but the defendant is from that area. (I have his personal address) He is presently held with no bond, on a fugitive warrant, till extradition hearing next Thursday, 3/21, if he waives, he walks, so somebody better step up on this one.... I dare say if he walks out of the courtroom, he's gone. Anyone in Texas, have a skip on a $25,000 bond... PM me with info and I will either verify or discount, whichever... I have already contacted a NABBI member on this... I will not mention names in public view here but it is being worked on... just wanted to drop it in here to see if anyone has a connection.... I have a name, DOB, possible SS, address and a picture but will not release it unless I am damn sure who I am talking to... Any and all discussion on this needs to be in private... PM or email only... I will not discuss particulars in this public view other than what I have already posted.... I am not interested in any money on this... just doing it to try and save some unknowing bondsman from pulling $25K out of his back pocket... and would hope someone would do the same for me, one day... |

Well, no response on this one... unless I am mistaken, this man is in fact a fugitive and according to what I can determine, is on a $25,000 out of the Houston area... not much I can do but hope someone will alert the bondsman. I'll leave it alone at this point. |

they could have been bonded on a 10% toi the court bond or ROR'd and the $25k was the preset bail amount... Scott PS It appears we must now speak Russian on this site! |
