Scott, as the concern I voiced to you this afternoon... as you were watching the Daytona 500  ... I am still trying to find the wording on the Maryland law that would allow the state to enter your home and confiscate a weapon that was legally purchased.... ie: pistols with a mag capacity over 10 rounds... and mags that would hold over 10 rounds... I have not been able to find that law.

I can understand the restriction on the sale or purchase of guns deemed illegal by Maryland but have found nothing related to the state actually confiscating your weapons. If you already own one of the weapons that have been outlawed... I do not see where they can take it from you or force you to turn it in.... if you or anyone can show me the law that involves this action... please provide the source... I have been hearing about this but so far no one has shown me the law in writing.

Does anyone know the number of the bill.... I would be interested in reading it.... if it is up for a Senate vote... it has to be accessible to the public.
