Thank you, to all the members that have contributed to forums, past and present. I am a fairly new member. However, I have spent many hours going over a lot of insightful information; information graciously given by FRN members. I am far more knowledgeable about the industry having joined FRN.
I had a sit down with a bonding agency called Leo's Bail Bonds. I found them from the agency directory, here on FRN. They are called ATU Monitoring and Recovery in the directory though. Because they do recoveries, (something I can do now) and they are PIs, (something I want to obtain later) I called them last night. This morning I found myself in a meeting with the man that runs things.
I felt it went really well. I presented myself in a professional manner (first impressions thread
) I displayed knowledge of the industry and explained all I lack, is the field experience. He seemed very satisfied with my presentation. He informed me that, “in fact… I think we have a spot about to open up”. He told me he would go over my resume with his lead recovery agent and that he would be in touch.I have a good feeling he will call me. It may not be today or even tomorrow but, one day down the road he will call. Doesn’t mean I am going to stop looking though. Anyways, I felt like today was a definite “win” for me. Once again, thank you all for your time dedicated to keeping us all informed.
