I got a letter in the mail today from the D.A. office on the case where a guy that I was afther fired at me. State of Tennessee vs. Ladarius Blunt Dear Mr. Cox The above case was heard on December 8, 2005 in Divison 1 of Hamilton County Criminal Court before the Honorable Judge Meyer. A trial by jury was not necessary since the defendant Blunt entered a guilty plea to aggravated assault and received a sentence of 3 years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections, suspended on good behavior. This sentence is consecutive to several outher cases for a total sentence of 10 years intensive probation. I wonder what he would have got if it would have hit me 12 years probation. |

Sounds like a Vermont court. Vermont is where felons can have black powder firearms. |

The judge gave him probation because he missed you. If he HAD hit you, probably 3 months probation and an "atta boy". Just kidding blondhound. |

That is insane!!! There needs to be some jail time associated with crimes of this caliber to set the example for everyone that these types of acts will not be tolerated!!! |
