Post subject: | Getting my Bail Bonds license. |
So, after being begged to get a bail bonds license I finally gave in and applied. So, most of the "Blue People" as i like to call them are familiar with me. They know that I have beean strictly recovery. So, enlighten me please. What the hell am I getting myself into? (on a side note, I really look forward to reading Bill Marx's reply XD) |

Ken, In my opinion you've done the right thing and you will make much more money but along with that comes more liability...I have to run but will get with you and explain a little later. Take care |

After successfully completing the required training and pass the certification exam, the candidate can proceed to the second stage of the agent licensing process: the submission of an application to the Office of the State Insurance Department in the guarantor of the future. Application forms for the license, which is officially known as a Bail Agent License Limited, usually accessible online. Some states also require that new agents work under a bail bondsman and licensed for a certain period of time before qualifying for the full license. Possible bail agents will also have to be fingerprinted and pass a background check before receiving a license. |
