Although I am not active posting on the boards I do know there is an abundance of knowledgeable experienced people here. I have a skip and have been tipped that he has gone back to his native Peurto Rico. It is a US territory so the question is: "Now what?" If he is there can we go get him or better yet get a team to grab him down there? I have obviously never had this happen so any direction or advice would be great. Thanks in advance. John |

First off, John, thanks for tyhe post, second off, you need to participate more and share your knowledge with us! In the introductions, there is a new guy from Puerto Rico, Dave Perez in NY is Puerto Rican but believes he is Irish, and Joe Stiles just wrote of a vacation there looking for someone, all could answer better than I. Learn the law of that state to better perform your duty, DUE DILIGENCE, I think is the most important key and question yourself if you have done more and enough to cover all the bases towards apprehending your SQ, without becoming a subjected to the law of the governing state. |

how much is the bond? I know somebody that can help you out, he grew up in puerto rico and has connections with law enforcement there. But unless it is a large bond it will not be worth it for him. |
