Partners shall be truthful with one another at all times.

An omission is also a falsehood.

Partners do not contact their partner’s clients.

Partners defer to their partners when another partner’s client contacts them.

Partners shall equally solicit new contracts.

Partners shall equally share in financial expenses.

Partners shall accept equal shares of workload.

Partners shall share commissions fairly.

Partners shall not steal work product from Partners.

Partners shall not steal team members from other Partner’s team.

Partners shall not Partner up and cut out the Partner who introduced them, absent applicable violations of The Bounty Hunter Partner Code.

Partners shall not steal credit for another Partner’s successes.

Partners shall not steal another Partner’s business or trade idea(s).

Partners shall accept sole responsibility for their individual failures without argument.

Partners shall not knowingly put another Partner at risk for criminal or civil liability.

Partners shall not, in any way, compromise another Partner’s personal security—ever.

Partners shall not utter anything to another that hasn’t been openly shared with the Partner to which the observation pertains.

Partners shall keep another Partner’s secrets within the law.

Partners shall protect the reputations of Partners who protect their reputations.

Partners who knowingly violate the Bounty Hunter Partner Code are subject to ex-communication in perpetuity.

Ex-communicated former Partners shall not ride the good reputation of a former Partner for personal gain.

An ex-Partner who knowingly violates the Bounty Hunter Partner Code shall expect the aggrieved Partner to protect his or her reputation and personal safety notwithstanding the Bounty Hunter Partner Code.
