I received my third call from a rep at TLO. I decided to call him back this time to see what he had to say.
Now, I know a lot of us know who they are, but for those that do not, TLO is an online investigative database system. However, this company pretty much snubbed the entire Bail Recovery industry when they first got big and hit the market.
So, back to the call. I called back and the guy explained who he was etc. and he wanted to know if I was still interested in their services. I responded by saying "when I was interested in your service, you didn't want my business." His answer was, "yes, I know, but we are offering it to you now." Not even an apology of any kind. I then reminded him how his company snubbed this entire industry and told him I didn't want his business.
I am not the only one on this Forum to have been snubbed by this company.
Now, I am not telling anyone what to do, but I am asking that you boycott TLO and send a message to them so they understand the error of their ways when they ignored and snubbed this great industry and some of this nations best professionals and investigators.
PS - Maybe sometime in the near future NABBI can rattle their feathers too and show them what a great group of people we actually are.
