I currently attended the Tapba continuing education class. The next step is to register with my local sheriff dept, which is Shelby co in TN. They are telling me I need a notorized letter from every bail bonds company I work for. That's where the problem lies!! I don't not work for a certian company and just starting in the business. Plus they want a letter from EVERY company I'll do work for. Does anyone have any advise or had to deal with this?? |

Before apprehending an individual who has failed to appear in Tennessee for a Tennessee bonding company, you must have an endorsement from that company if you are not already one of their qualified agents. When you solicit that company for a case, ask them for the letter and have it notarized. |
