Post subject:  New here and want to get into the business

Hey everyone my name is Nick and I have been interested into getting into this business for a while.

A bit of background info on me. Im 23 and Graduated with a bachelors in Criminal Justice. I have also taken many many courses in psychology, law and business. I was captain of sports teams all year every year since middle school and went to college with a wrestling scholarship. I am currently an entrepreneur and own multiple businesses; Mobile advertising company, limo service and entertainment company. I am etremely intelligent and patient. I work from home in Las Vegas and while it sounds like I have a lot going on I manage everything extremely well and my businesses essentially run themselves giving me a lot of free time.

Since I was only 12 years old I ran successful businesses and it is a real gift to me however my true dream was to be on a swat team and be a state trooper. Since I cant do that now (well i could but its not the best move) being a BEA seems like a perfect fit.

My question based on my above situation is; Is this something I can do part time? I would like to do this in all my spare time. Since I am already financially stable with businesses that run themselves can I do this and just take a few cases?

Thanks!

Bail agents usually need recovery agents "when" they need them. Not when a recovery agent has some "spare" time. So this is probably not the right "hobby" for you.

Aw come on, Tony! My clients are happy to wait 'til I'm done watching "Sons of Anarchy" and have had my catnap before I run down their forfeitures! Hell even the fugitives themselves will sit tight and wait 'til I'm good and ready to grab 'em! Won't they?

Give Adam Brooks a call (702) 743-8427. He's got big things in the works.

Well heck Tom I'll just start using you for my pickups. You sound like a very resonable guy.

Even though I, like most other lazy bondsmen wait until the last minute to work a case, I'm sure you can get my skips in 1 day or less.

ok ok guys I should not have said it as I did. I did not mean "spare time" as in when I feel like it after im done taking the dog for a walk.

I own a couple businesses that run themselves and "work" from home. I free for anything 99.9% of the time. Aside from a couple emails all my time is spare (again not the right word).

Basically the point I was trying to get across is that i dont have to be taking on a bunch of jobs all the time to make a living. I already have a means of making a living but this is something i truly want to do. Meaning I just want to do this on a small level (at first).

I would suggest that you take care of your well earned wealth and business acumen and become a bail bondsman. Then, when you have skips, you can chase your own.
