I'm putting this out in the open because I think some new folks to the forum might benefit from knowing that we truly have professionals on this site.

While attending my yearly CE course today I spoke with a couple of the people that are certified by NCDOI to give the course. During that conversation, I was told that they have plans to put a meeting together that will be non DOI certified. These folks are planning on talking to several people and inviting them to come speak at this event. One of the names is Bob Burton another is Scott M. Turns out that a man by the name of Ballentine or Valentine knows Scott from years ago while he and Scott were working in VA. ( I don't know the details of their working relationship.) and he suggested that Scott be asked to speak.

I thought that was more than cool, to find that one of our own has a reputation that runs deep in NC and this could help us in recruiting Bail Agents from NC for NABBI.

I was with Bill yesterday at the Cont. Ed. class. He asked me to post this but, after getting up at 3:30 and the long drive down and back I came home and took a nap. Bill, sorry I didn't post but glad you did. I hope this class works out, as we need more good training here in NC. Look forward to being there.

K1, is Ken Banks out of NC and we work together at times to pick up skips. I'm not Ken's mentor, he doesn't need one. He is one of the few that I trust in this area to help me when working in the darkness.

Off topic but wanted to add this comment.
