BTW Tom, I hope you have a good secretary... I am a one man office... which means my secretary "is old, crotchety, bitchy and incompetent and pees in his pants, occasionally"... I just spent the last two days doing collection letters and EXONERATIONS...
that is a part of the business that you need to stay up on...
My only advice to you is keep a really good set of records and books... I back up everything twice if not 3 times on several computers... I use a simple system but it works for me... it ain't got to be complicated... little brown folders and a simple program like MS Office "Student" 2007 or 2010... and Excel... and/or Quicken... please excuse me but it is my grandfatherly advice coming out................. you know what to do.............
I know where everything is located in my office... I just can't figure out sometimes which pile it is in...
