Bill Williams and myself went out early this morning looking for a skip that has been on the run since early May. We found him curled up in a little ball with bed covers on top of him. He was known to carry and use knives, and he had one at the time of capture. Fortunate for us and him he did not try to use it. A public thanks to Bill Williams who is a super recovery agent. He is the only one our company uses in N.C. He is great at getting information out of people and that is a huge part of this job. Besides being a great recovery agent, I consider him a good friend and trust him in any situation. If anyone ever needs a recovery agent in N.C., he is The Man. If anyone ever needs a reference on him call or e-mail me. |

This capture was actually done by my friend Ken. Ken is a true gentleman that would rather give others credit even when the credit should go to him. This is how the recovery actually took place. Ken covered the back door while I went to the front door. The homeowner first said our skip wasn't there but her eyes told another story. I entered the home and searched several rooms. This place was a wreck, clothes everywhere, rooms cluttered etc. We had good intel that our skip was there but I couldn't locate him in the mess. I radioed Ken and told him to search inside while I watched the back door, hoping Ken could get through the mess better than me. No more that 2 minutes had gone by and Ken called me to come inside. I went inside and heard ken giving verbal commands and I saw a man coming from behind clothes, curtains, sheets etc. Long story short... I was watching the back door while Ken apprehended the defendand. We took him to jail, had our paperwork signed and left. I would hunt anybody anywhere with my friend Ken. |
