We are ok here in fort wayne. my downtown office is still standing in about 2 foot of water. The city wont let us go in that part of town until Monday. It was 6ft deep on Monday & Tuesday. It has not flooded where my office is in 50 years, to my knowledge none of us had flood insurance. 15 of the 25 offices went under. The furniture and office equipment can all be replaced its all the data i know i have lost and all my paper files and older cases. Hope everyone is ok. |

Okay, here! I'm far enough inland that we weren't threatened; though the original tsunami warning area was about 8 miles away to the northwest and 5 miles away to the southeast. |

Good here! Mostly downed trees in my area (some from the last storm that had hit a few weeks ago). Some minor flooding as well, nothing too bad here for the most part. Everything is looking on the up and up in most parts of town. |

We don't get much of anything in AZ until around July-Sept, when Monsoons hit. Microbursts and dust storms can destroy just about anything, and they do. We're at 80 degrees and sun (please don't hit me) I was thinking about you guys in CA after the earthquake yesterday, wondering about tsunami threats. All I heard was some beaches got trashed. Everyone ok? |

Well, as was said by one of the older soothsayers of the community.... "nothing ever happens in Kenbridge... but what you hear makes up for it......." I thank God that we live in an area that is not particularly close to the beach... or a 'fault'... or a volcano... or a nuclear power station... about the only dangerous thing we worry about is.... 'Maud Frickitts' son... 'Ernest'... setting fire to the stil or burning down the outhouse... other than that... we are blessed to be out of the line of fire... most of the time. I pray for all that have suffered and will continue to suffer in the present catastrophe in Japan... watching that on TV is extremely upsetting... I cannot imagine trying to live through something that terrible... I believe Gail and I are blessed to live in this part of the country. So far we have not suffered much of anything related to weather. ... and as for David M. in Indiana... I did not know you all had that bad of a storm and I am certainly very sorry for whatever loss you may incur under those circumstances... |

We're all good here..the CT river went down in our area, but as it happens this time of year, it will rise again and the roads around it will be closed...so far so good... |

Good here in Tn. we had storms that flooded some areas through last weekend but I doubt that was related to the sunami. Sorry for your losses David at least you were not in your office at the time. There is always a bright side somewere. Hope all is well with the rest of our people. |
