I am about to transport a fugitive from AZ to VA and I am having touble finding the laws for transportation between the 2 any help would be appreciated. |

The Dan. Criminal Trans. Act of 2000 (106-560) may not always apply. In sect.# 3 Definitions (2) It states transporting ind. in cust. of the state. If i pick up the fugitive up my self may not be covered. |

The state of Conn. has a section that covers armed trans. of prisoners. The A.G. Richard Blumenthal issued a offical opion to the Comm. of Public Safety Spada on May 24 ,2004. The legal sect. is Conn. chap. # 534 www.ct.gov |
