Hello All! After my initial BEA training, I will need to get my handcuff & OC spray certs. My local PD gave me the run-around when I called them. I also tried searching the Internet, however, I did not see anything appealing. I am hoping someone living in mid-Michigan might know of a good training center/instructor. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank You |
