should my first call be to the INS?

I already talked to family and co-workers,
and all possible angles have been investigated.

and of course family members and co-workers, dont know anything
or just conveniently forgot how to speak english when I came around.

not saying he left the country, but I want to be sure for my peace of mind.

does INS co-operate with Bailbonds agents?, and/or FRA'S?

The simple answer is NO! And if your guy was deported get ready to pay a forfeiture because in Benton and Washington county they do not care.

Bob is right INS does not help bea much--only when it is also good for them will they work with you--
Some times you can get the consolate in the country that the skip entered if he is an american citizen--if he is not a citizen of the US forget about help from our consolate

Rick,
Give me a call. I can't promise anything but I may be able to verify the deportation for you.

Rick next time I am in your area I will have my Spanish speaking friend make some inquiries for you to see if he is still around.
