Looking for any and all information I can get in regards to NY state and the reciprocity of other states P.I. licenses. I was just told that all states offer reciprocity for P.I. licenses however, the little bit of information I could dig up does not show this to be true. I am specifically concerned with NY honoring the P.I. license of a MI P.I. while attempting to complete recovery duties in NY City. Any information that the masses here can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Don , Many States will grant you a temporary reciprocity to a out of state PI for a few days and up to thirty days in some states as long as the case originated in the PI's state of licensing.
