All I have had a recent need on a case that I was working requiring cell phone forensics on a client's cell phone. As a result I would like to highly reccommend the services of Bruce Barney, Esquire, and his company, Tricom Forensics, 2139 Espey Ct, Suite 6, Crofton, MD 21114 888-678-1101 (office) 410-739-5874 (fax) www.tricomforensics.com. this comapny specializes in Digital Forensics, EDiscovery, and Data Recovery. This company is not inexpensive, but when your client needs to know, they need to know. You must have permissible cause and there are forms and affidavits accordingly. I have found this company to be very knowledgeable and have local and Federal LE as clientèle. This is not for every type of investigation, as permissable cause is required. The owner is an Attorney, so run it by him if you think he can help you. Scott |

The deal here Dave is they are credentialed experts and will be able to testify about chain of custody, data obtained, historical data thought to be deleted, illegal activity such as cloning or key stroke logger software etc. that is essential to our case. Scott |
