and by now you should know that when transporting a female (or juvenile) . . . you ALWAYS have a female agent with.

Wow, great information everyone! And, although interstate prisoner transport is something I have never done yet, the info you posted LuVonda, was very helpful!

When doing ANY transporting of prisoners this Act should be followed. Liability Liability Liability . . . we are not in this business to get our names IN the papers!

I also have audio and video rolling.....cameras and SD cards are extremely inexpensive now days. Spending the extra $100 may save much more, later.
