(UPSTATE NY) I HAVE BEEN IN THE PROCESS SERVICE FIELD FOR 9 YEARS. JUST THIS YEAR, AFTER THE DEATH OF MY PREDESESSOR, I STARTED MY OWN BUSINESS. I AM LOOKING TO EXPAND AND OFFER MY CLIENTS MORE SERVICES.

I SPECIALIZE IN EVICTIONS. MY CLIENTS ARE LANDLORDS THAT GET SCREWED OUT OF RENTS OWED AND ARE LOOKING FOR A WAY TO COLLECT. THE HARD PART IS FINDING THEM WHEN THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR LICENSES OR FORWARDING ADDRESSES.

I AM LOOKING FOR A CHEAP YET UP-TO-DATE SKIP TRACING WEB SITE. I TRIED AND USED http://WWW.SKIPMAX.COM FOR THE FREE 10.00 TRIAL AND IT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. IT IS CHEAP, IT OFFERS CRIMINAL CHECKS FOR MY CLIENTS TO SCREEN TENANTS, AND ADDRESS INFORMATION ON PEOPLE. HOWEVER, THE INFORMATION IS WAY OUT OF DATE. I SEARCHED MYSELF, NOT TRYING TO HIDE, AND THE EARLIST INFORMATION WAS FROM 2006.

ANY ADVICE WOULD GREATLY BE APPRECIATED.

Hi CDPS12301,

The best advice that I can share at this point, would be to properly introduce yourself in the introduction section of the forum first, if you have not done so...

Its kind of like going to a new doctor for the first time, nerves are shot, and not sure of what dosage the doctor will sugest- +

Nice to meet you!

CDPS12301, Here's some advice....

Form up a proper introduction, post it in the "Introduction" section and let us know who you are and from whence you come... and one other thing.................

"UNCAP YOUR TYPING, IT MAKES YOU SOUND LIKE YOUR YELLING.. "
