Short & Sweet, .... NJ is now a REGULATED STATE. I will post the Rules, Regulations and Specifics as soon as they are in Stone and the lawsuit pressed against the NJ State Police is over. In the Meantime, ... TAKE HEED;

1) NO ONE may hunt in NJ without a Cert Card, ... Period.
2) You CANNOT TRANSPORT prisoners within NJ without being Certified.
3) Yak is Certified. .... :mrgreen:

ANYONE needing or wanting the skinny on this matter, feel free to call me.

I see that NJ is following some of us Central Southern States . . . guess everyone is going towards a more stable way of weeding out those that should not be in this business.

Hello, Yak hope you're doing well. How are things going in your neck of the woods? Been doing fine myself. I also requested clarification from NJSP and they responded back saying the "Bounty Hunter Licensing act" is being enforced as of June 2009.
